The Hidden Work of Becoming

Greetings in the 26th week of the sacred calendar.

A warm welcome to everyone who has joined us this week. Many of you found Tarot Pathwork through my current video series, RWS Decoded. The weekly newsletter will keep you on top of the meaning behind the latest emanations (click “What is an emanation” on the home page to learn more), and help you bring that energy into your daily life, as well as any upcoming research, courses or other resources to help you with your spiritual practice.

The Deeper Teaching

There are seasons when the Most High gives us clarity, and there are seasons when we are asked to do something with it.

If you’ve been watching the emanations on the homepage this week, they have returned again and again to the same themes: hidden potential, honest reflection, discipline, boundaries, and the work of ‘becoming’.

Spiritual growth is often imagined as revelation. The movies and books show us someone having a sudden insight, a message, a moment when everything becomes clear. But revelation is only the beginning. Knowing what is possible is not the same as living it. There is often a distance between the person we sense we could become and the person we are willing to build through our daily choices. That distance is crossed through honesty, patience, structure, and action.

This is where discipline becomes sacred, because it helps create a vessel within ourselves for grace to inhabit. A boundary can become a vessel. A daily practice can become a vessel. A difficult choice made with integrity can become a vessel. Even saying no to what scatters us can create space for something deeper to take root.

The light may already be present, but it still requires somewhere to dwell. So perhaps the question this week is not simply, “What am I capable of?” It is, “What am I willing to give form to?”

The deeper work is becoming a vessel strong enough to hold what has already been placed within you.

The Symbolic Meaning

So if we were to take this weeks emanations and equate them to two tarot cards, they would be The Magician and the Temperance cards. The Magician helps us understand the message of grace that we are receiving, while the Temperance card allows us to understand what is necessary for that grace to flow into ourlives from the spiritual realm so that we may create a vessel for it in our own lives.

App updates

For those who have ordered Natal signatures over the week, remember that today will be the first time you receive a full weekly forecast, and personal breakdown of the planetary energy affecting you. This arrives every sunday morning for every one. It really does help you better understand where to concentrate your efforts each week.

New Courses

The First Module for the Pathworking course has been posted to the app. This is free to everybody. It is quite a beefy mindfullnes ritual that I’ve been able to recover from the Sefer Yetzirah. It is available on the app (or web) and guides you through a daily exercise step by step.

If you want to go deeper into the tarot or astrology, don’t forget to sign up for the RWS Decoded course that begins October 7th. You can find out more here

If you are struggling with anything or have a question on where to start first, I can always be reached at fraterlucis@tarotpathwork.com
