The Divine is Always Speaking — Learning to Listen

The Divine is Always Speaking — Learning to Listen

Frater Lucis · 1 November 2025

I've spent years in spiritual practice — meditation, prayer, ritual, study — and still felt like I was guessing. Was I hearing divine guidance, or just my own ego dressed up in mystical language? Was God speaking, or was I projecting?

Then I realised: the problem wasn't that God was silent. The problem was that I didn't know the language. It took a while to realise that the divine is always speaking — through the movements of the planets, the structure of the Tree of Life, the rhythms of time itself. Every moment has a 'divine utterance' — a specific quality, emphasis, or an invitation. The ancients knew this. Kabbalists mapped it. Astrologers tracked it. Temple priests structured their days around it.

But no one had built a system that made it usable so that an ordinary person, in real time, could know: 'What is God emphasising right now? What am I being asked to pay attention to today?'

I've spent five years developing what I call Lucian Kabbalah — a living practice that treats divine communication as real, continuous, and decipherable.

It works like this:

The Tree of Life — the ancient Kabbalistic map of divine emanation — isn't static. It's dynamic. As planets move through the heavens, they activate different pathways and spheres on the Tree. These activations are the 'words' God is speaking.

By tracking which parts of the Tree are 'lit up' right now, we can know:

  • What divine qualities are being emphasised (mercy, severity, wisdom, beauty, etc.)

  • Which angels govern those energies

  • How to align our practice, ritual, and daily life with what's being asked

But here's where it gets personal:

Your natal chart — the cosmic signature you were born under — shows which divine frequencies you naturally hear clearly, and which ones your ego distorts.

By combining current emanations (what's being said now) with your personal blueprint (how you're wired to hear it), you get personalised spiritual guidance that updates continuously.

Using the Kabbalah this way turns the use of the Tree of Life into a dynamic daily practice:

When you wake up, you can know: 'What is today's divine emphasis?'

  • When you're confused, you can ask: 'What am I not hearing clearly right now?'

  • When you want to deepen your understanding of your own life, you can align your rituals, prayers, and work with what's actually being asked of you.

I've built tools to help with this — a system that calculates current emanations, maps them to your personal chart, and suggests practices aligned with the moment. But more than that, I'm building a way of living — where spiritual practice isn't guesswork, where divine will isn't mysterious, where you can wake up each day and have an insight into:

  • Here's what God is saying.

  • Here's how I'm wired to hear it.

  • Here's what I'm being asked to do.

I'm still deepening this practice myself — which is why I've been quiet lately. I've been in contemplation, refining the system, living it more fully.

If this resonates — if you've ever felt like God was speaking but you couldn't quite make out the words — stay with me.

I'll be documenting what I'm learning: how to read the emanations, how to work with angels, how to build a personal liturgical practice that actually connects.

I call it the Lucian Kabbalah — the practice of listening to the divine utterance, clearing the static, and living in alignment.

Stay tuned as I further develop this, as it will become available for everyone in an app so they may discover the same in their own lives.
