You can draw insight up out of stillness. In quiet, you fish thoughts and visions up from somewhere deep, and you often surface with something original, something a little ahead of its time. You see how things could be for everyone, and you can wait patiently until the catch comes.

You cast the line and nothing comes, or you get so lost in the vision that you never bring it back to shore. You can drift so far into ideals that you lose touch with the people right in front of you, or wait for insight so passively that life slips by unlived. The line keeps coming up empty.
